Privacy

SFX Jar has no accounts and asks for nothing to download a sound.

The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and which sounds are played and downloaded, so it can add more of what people use. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address; see Google's privacy policy for how it handles that data. Searches you type in the search box stay in your browser; only whether a search found results is counted.

Google Analytics uses first-party cookies and identifiers to measure visits and sound use. We also enable Google signals for aggregated demographic and interest reporting. For people signed into Google who have enabled Ads Personalization, Google may associate site activity with its account information using Google advertising cookies or other identifiers alongside Analytics identifiers. We do not send your search text to Google or try to identify individual visitors from these reports.

You can manage Google advertising personalization in My Ad Center, manage associated activity in My Activity, or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. See Google's privacy policy for more.
